RiseWell Circles and Retreats are opportunities to gather in safe, and often sacred spaces. They are places where we get to show up as our “true selves,” places where we can be seen and witnessed without judgment and places where we feel a sense of belonging and can be uplifted by others. Circles and retreats are both structured and open. Structures help us feel held, supported and create a trusting environment. Remaining open to possibility during circles and retreats allows for participants to have a personally enriching experience and allows for joy and wonder to be present.

Circles-Retreats

  • When you join a Woman-Centered Circle you are joining a committed group of women who want to explore, grow, change and transform together. We witness, uplift and hear each other with open minds and hearts. We learn how to create safe and trusting space where we all feel like we belong. Our gatherings include time for connection, reflection, sacred ritual, deep sharing and expressive experiences. Circles are online.

  • I look at writing as an expressive art as well as a healing soul journey. Through writing, we can build self-awareness and also share ourselves with others. In Writing Exploration Circles we write intuitively, share without judgment or feedback and connect deeply with ourselves and others. Circles are on-line.

  • SoulCollage is another expressive art and healing soul journey that uses collage as a way to explore our inner and outer worlds. Visit the SoulCollage offering section to learn more about the process and the variety of options offered. Circles can be on-line or in person.

  • Grief is a part of everyone’s life. It is a result of losses and transitions, both big and small. Understanding it, navigating it with love, self-compassion, honor and in the company of others, does not often happen in our culture. These circles are designed to do just that. There are teaching moments, moments for self discovery and reflection as well as moments for connection and support. Circles are on-line.

  • Elder souls need circles too! Learn and practice mindfulness and SoulCollage. Join a grief support circle or writing exploration circle. Circles can be held at facilities, senior centers or recreation centers. Visit the Consulting offering section to learn more about these circles. Circles are in-person.

  • If you consider yourself a “healer” you are most certainly a giving, caring and empathic person. Often, we give to others at the expense of ourselves. Healer’s Heart Circles create a well for us to gather around, share our experiences, connect with others like us and learn to nurture and support ourselves as we do our important and necessary healing work in the world. If you are wondering whether or not you are a “healer” you probably are. If you are a coach, mental health professional, health care worker, educator, mother, care-giver or spend much of your time and energy devoted to the well-being of others, then you are a “healer!” Circles are on-line.

  • Research shows that practicing mindfulness and including our whole Soma (our whole body wisdom) in our practice has many benefits for health and well-being, especially when practiced on a regular basis. These circles introduce mindfulness and somatic practices, time to practice them and opportunities for reflection. Circles are free, weekly, and on-line!

  • Beginning in the New Year, RiseWell will be offering monthly Moon Cycle retreats for self-care. The cycles of the moon affect our minds, bodies and spirits and the world around us in profound ways. These retreats offer sacred time to connect with the energies of each moon cycle and engage in self-care practices to help us better navigate these energies. Retreats will be offered once a month for a full year cycle beginning in January 2025. Retreats are on-line.

  • As with Moon Cycles, Seasonal Cycles bring big energies. In these retreats we engage with the concepts of exploration, growth, change and transformation as they apply to the seasons and our own inner landscape with a focus on self-care. These are longer retreats with plenty of time for writing, SoulCollage and other experiences. Retreats will be offered four times a year beginning in the spring of 2025.

Offerings that will begin in 2025, dependent upon enrollment.

"To know Lea is to love her! It has been a true delight to learn about Meditation and Mindfulness through her.  She is one of the GOOD PEOPLE in this world who make you feel good just to be around them.  She is a loving, inspirational presence, and I feel very blessed to have spent time with her."
